It is funny how like every other game is turning into a movie, or vice versa, but the most popular game is not.

Wow, the one movie that could have made millions in the box office, regardless of direct (Hell it could've been Uwe Boll) or dare I say actual plot, gets shut down and burried.

Oh well, we still got Jackson milking the tits of the Halo franchise.

Yeah, it really doesn't make sense that you WOULDN'T make a movie of the Halo storyline. They made DOOM starring The Rock.

DOOM actually turned out pretty good. I'd like to hope they'll revive the Halo movie at a later date. Seems like every movie I want to see dies during production.

Just the fact that DOOM got a movie when it's just a decent FPS with a decent storyline. Quite frankly, I think Halo has a cooler storyline than Star Wars, so it makes sense for it to have a game.

Well, I don't know.

If it turned out good, then cool.

But then theres the fact it could just walk down the path of every other game to movie production, and suck complete balls.

Comics and games rarely work as movies...just a jynx i guess.

Games like Halo, Half-Life (and even, dare i say it, Shenmue) could be so outrageously awesome you'd buy the DVD twice because you could.

But I doubt thats ever gonna happen.
